Paper Flowers Workshop
Wednesday, February 6, 2019
6:30 - 8:30 pm
Class fee: $45
Let’s make flowers… just in time for Valentine’s Day!
Learn the basic skills of sculpting paper into beautiful flowers that look fresh from the garden. Using colorful crepe paper, you will work step-by-step to create a small bouquet of rose buds perfect for a lasting bit of decor to brighten any home, work, or special event. All equipment, supplies, and instruction will be provided. You will leave the class with the understanding of how to cut and shape petals, plan their construction, and the final finishing needed to recreate additional popular floral varieties at home, such as peonies, dahlias, and poppies.
(optional) Take home one of our Paper Flowers Kits and continue the fun!
Select the "Class Registration & Paper Flowers Kit Bundle” option during registration (+$15), and you'll take home a kit with more supplies! This includes a template and guide to create beautiful peonies, six rolls of our favorite special crepe paper, wire, and floral tape… enough to make at least eight more flowers! Purchasing the bundle offers about a 20% discount on the kit compared to buying it outside of the class session!
