Macrame Plant Hanger Workshop

Learn the relaxing technique of macramé, the art of tying cord into knots in such a way that creates useful and decorative shapes. You’ll learn the basics and apply your new skills to create a modern plant hanger that will bring life to a corner of your home. Once you’ve mastered the knots, there is no limit to the masterpieces you can create! All supplies are included in this hands-on class.

Liz Wright, the founder and Chief Creative Lady of Assembly, is a multi-disciplinary maker with an extensive history of creative projects and pursuits. She considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoys the challenges and thrills of learning a new skill and supporting others to do the same. As the conceptual lead of Assembly, she develops and teaches classes, runs daily operations, and steers the ship towards providing the most fun, accessible, and high quality creative educational experiences around.

What is the age limit for the event?

Unless otherwise noted, workshops are for those 16 years of age or over.

Check out our Spring Break Daytime Workshops for ages 10 and up.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend and it is at least 72 hours prior to the workshop, please contact us with the request and we will refund 100% of your payment or provide credit towards a future workshop. If it is within 72 hours before the workshop, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit for the class fee- no exceptions.
